Jefferson orthopedic surgeon Javad Parvizi, MD, earned a top ranking in Expertscape’s top hip replacement specialists in the nation.
Dr. Parvizi was joined by his fellow Rothman Institute at Jefferson colleague William Hozack, MD on that Top 10 list. Jefferson was the only institution with two hip replacement specialists on the 2014 list.
And Jefferson, which earned a top ranking in Orthopedics in the 2013-14 U.S. News and World Report Best Hospitals Report, was number three on the Expertscape listing of leading institutions for hip replacement.
Expertscape noted that listings were “part of our continuing program to highlight expertise and excellence in healthcare.”
